you can occasionally find one still in some stores, especially the formerly blue stores. the device originally retailed for 129.99, but I don't know how much it is now.
as for the plan, it depends on whether or not you have an active blue account. if you do have one, then it is 14.99 a month, which includes one chat portal (your choice of yahoo messenger, MSN messenger, or AIM), and each additional portal is like 2 or 3 bucks a month each. if you do not have an active blue account, then it's 17.99 per month, and the rest is the same.
