MobiTV

Parents, as a rule, should either give their children the maximum amount of feature capability or restrict everything down to basic fone functionality. I had a customer who has the new ppu scale for wix, .03 per KB, and her son ran rampant on MobiTV. He used 20,000+ KB in about a 14 day period and she is paying for it. It's too bad that parents don't pay attention to the power of features like this to drain their pockets or govern their kids' access to these features. I don't feel any sympathy for this woman but I wish there was a way to warn ALL parents at once.

That would be at point of sale. We can only warn them after the fact in customer service since they dont call us until they have a problem. ☹️

That's around $600 in charges! I think people just don't realize what cell phones are and are NOT for sometimes. Data plans are great for business people (e-mail, checking the news, etc.), but definitely not for kids (would you give your kid free run of the internet and cable with no restiction)?
