😳 ok on a serious note, id say the standards to which ATTWS conducts its practical cust care is far superior than that of cingular.

my opinion is cing is better, this is because of security, the acct holder is the only one who can make changes plus the best gsm system in the usa, far supirior to the old digital tdma, plus there is no such thing as a credit on the other side because everything that is in the contract covers cing's butt, so the custs cant say i did not know because they did it through an ivr and they had to listen to the whole thing and then agree, and if it paper cing just says read your contract you signed it. so this is why cing is better

I liked AT&T as they gave us unlimited overtime. Cingular just provides undertime and voluntary go-home options... As far as which one is better it is obvious, AT&T is gone for a reason.
