Its is nothing personal.... I just REALLY dont like the corporation. When you have to deal with them daily, like I do... it takes its toll...

Mainly has to do with sales... A customer will call in to order Item #123. The telemarketer will instead order the Item #132. (this happens ALL the time).
Or a rep wants to get more commission. When a customer calls in & they want only item 123... The rep will order them Item 123, 456 & 789
