Wrong Software???

Customer is receiving wrong software on a siemens a56i, any help is appreciated i have no clue what to do.

I couldn't find that in issues log , but I remember we had some Siemens phones showing that.Try a reset , if you can.If that doesn't work , pass the cust over to Warranty.We'll see if we can do an exchange.

My manager said that it was not an issue we deal with because it is a software issue so it was sent to the manufacturer. I couldnt find anything on it. Thank you for your help though. 😁
