HeroPsychoDreamer

Is the a discount for Securitas employees in IL?

If so, what do I have to do to get it? Thanks in advance!

Be aware business discounts subscribers do not have access to their accounts online or other online features.

dogear is partialy correct. if the account was orginaly setup under the company, and it is part of a Corporate Heriarcy it will not allow you to set up online account manager.

If the discount was setup after the account was setup for an individual account it should allow you to access OLAM.

And in response to your orginal question. Yes there does look like their is one for Securitas, the Securitas employee would need to get the FAN number from their telecom manager. They can then goto a corporate store location and provid proof of employment.

The Securitas discount is a AT&T discount, so if they are a Cingular customer, they will need to have a current PP.

So all I do is call Cingular customer service and request the FAN number, then get proof that I work for Securitas, and then go to a corporate store with all that?

Or am I missing something? Sorry about all the questions.

That should be all you need... Actually you should be able to just go to the COR store with proof of employment and they should be able to do everything else for you 😁

Well, I'll get everything in the event that those employees are too lazy to do it.

Last time I was at the corporate store over here with a problem they told me to go to this other corporate store becuase they weren't able to help me 😕

Don't apologize from them, their fault not yours. The only hassle of that was that the only other closest corp. store is like 30 mins away. Unless there's another one closer but I don't know of one.

Actually you need to get the FAN number from your corporation's telecom manager, or HR..... customer service really can provide that, often their are 3 or 4 diffrent FAN numbers for one company, and we dont know which one applies to which employee

All those responeses, and the guy still never got his question answered. Securitas employees receive a 17% monthly discount and a 30% equipment discount according to Retail Web Order Form, which has been accurated for me in the past. I hope that helps.

HPD knows all of us by now and he has got to be used to the way we answer things. Plus I don't have RWOF and CSP has been down all day. đŸ‘ŋ
