New Agent Queue?
Is it just the Dallas market or do other markets have a new menu with agent q? Before when you called it would dial direct to the 1st available rep. Now there is a menu you have to work through. Just curious.

I think it's put in place to keep agents from calling in about things they could do in the store themselves.
