A guy next to me got a call from a guy who was mad about dropping three calls that he made literally 5 minutes before he calls Customer Service. He's irate yelling and screaming (i can hear him over my customer). He asks me what should he do...

Me being a complete smartass to people who want to fret over three dropped calls...i say....take how many minutes he gets a month, divide it by how much he pays, minus his 15% discount a month and multiply it by the 3 minutes he lost during the dropped call.

So we're looking at a $0.27 credit...and the guy takes the credit. Is it me...or is this just...funny? 😈
