ATTWS SIM vs. Cingular SIM and EDGE
This is what I've read...
A phone with a Cingular SIM will not get as fast of data speeds with EDGE, opposed to an ATTWS SIM because EDGE was originally from ATTWS.
...is this true? If so, will it ever be corrected to a manner where Cingular will get equal data speeds of ATTWS? Thanks in advance!

WHAT? I have never heard anything like that before....I thought EDGE originated with Cingular...?!?!?!

Im not trying to provide false info, this is only what I heard and im trying to get it all cleared up so I know the truth! 😕

regardless of the origin of the EDGE network, I would think the data speed is conjunctive to the data network, not the sim capacity.
