Thats so funny you just posted that. I was looking at the Nokia 6170 on wirelessimports.com which is 850/1900mhz. I dont know if its supposed to be for Cingular but it looks like it because it has the 850 band.

It looks kinda like the v635 thats about to come out. Whats up with Nokia not having bluetooth on their flips? Bluetooth should be standard for nerds like us. I was about to jump on the 6170 if it had bluetooth.

there is a 30 day doa policy to exchange for the same phone in store, after that there is a 1yr warranty on the handset the is done trough XBM.

You can not just say a whole group of phones are bad. there is a lemon rule with exchange by mail if u get three bad phones from them they will give u another model in the same price range.

With Cingular you can exchange your phone within 30 days as long as all original documentation and packaging is returned with it in perfect condition. Look on the back of the receipt from the Cingular store, it tells you right there.

if you've took a motorola back and got a nokia, no. you only get one exchange per equipment in the 30 day period. it's clearly stated in the return policy.
