I dunno, but I tried it right after I got my new phone in December, and it won't let me download anything until I pony up 6.99 for a six month "membership," which according to the terms and conditions they can automatically renew from the credit card originally used at the end of the term. I prefer not to accede to such open ended terms--if I forget to tell them ahead of time that I don't want to renew it could cost me a 25.00 NSF fee, and I say to heck wid dat...

They started charging about 4 or 5 months ago, it sucks....they now let you download one or two, then you have to subscribe to download anymore, like 10 bucks a year or something, not sure 😕
