Is it just me, or am I the only one who has not recieved their phone yet? All of my coworkers have theirs. I called CS and I still get the same BS that they are working dilligently to finish the contest. For something that sinished in January, they are taking their sweet ass time. I was told also that they are randomly awarding phones. It it were not for bad luck, I would have none. Since it free, I guess I shouldn't complain......I'm just a little frustrated.

No Will, I too am still waiting for my prize package from this contest. ALL of my co-workers have recieved thiers and everytime I contact CS I get the same BS. As of yesterday I was told that they're about to ship the final batch of prizes and that they've been being shipped ramdomly so far. I find the random thing hard to believe since my co-workers recieved thier tier 1 prizes in late Feb. and my tier 4 still isn't here.

It is very frustrating.

yet another testament to my theory, I seriously thinking that they're just shippin out by tier and are bein slow about it. They just tell us random cause they think it'll keep people waiting by the door instead of bitchin on the phone to CS.

They should give approx. dates as to when the prizes will ship based on the prize tier.

I agree. It pissed me off that every 15th of the month it is postponed to the next 15th of the month. I am surprized that it still says April 15th on the website. I love it when CS tells me that the phones are being shipped before they recieve a tracking number.

Every week it's "the warehouse will have things rapped up by this weekend." They must have 2 people fullfilling the orders. Tell me that would be a hard job!

Luckily I haven't heard that one yet. Whenever I call I manage to get someone very nice who politely tells me that whoever's in charge isn't doing a very good job. I've also recieved a different update everytime. The first time they had just completed batch 1 and were prepping batch 2, the second time batch 2 had just finished and batch 3 was on the way. As of yesterday the "final batch of shipments" was getting prepped to be shipped, and there was no tracking info on my order yet. "Check back on the 15th if you haven't seen anything"

I know it's a big contest, but DAMNITMOTO you're a worldwide company, it shouldn't be that hard to distribute a few thousand prizes in 1 country.

I too have recieved a tier 4 prize. Perhaps that is why it is taking so long? They probably ran out of BT car kits. Funny, the last L2E contest for the V551 and RAZR, I was one of the first recieve my phone. Instead of random, why not just go down a list and send them as our names appear?

I seriously have a hard time believing that something that's structured enough to verify sales and all that mess is gonna ship prizes at random. I also have a hard time believing that out of my 3 person store 2 phones would come in the same shipment if they were being picked "at random". They had thousands of winners, the probablity of both of my coworkers recieving thier tier 1 prizes at the same time if they were shipped at random is WAY too low for my taste.

Here's an idea, instead of lists or random, how about sending out the higher prize tiers first? These people obviously worked harder for it. If I remember properly it only took 20 phones (the 3-pointers like v220's) to get to tier 1. I sold 120 Moto's to get my sh*t!!!!...

Disclaimer: My coworkers claimed some of my sales as thier own cause I had passed the tier 4 milestone, so all of the phones I sold were not counted toward my prizes
