Can someone tell me if these phone would work w/Cingular?

LG G4015 or the LG G4020 - Are they only AT&T or can I use them with Cingular?

You can use them with Cingular if you buy them unlocked.

unlocked they would work. but Cingular sells the C1300, which is the same phone.

all three are junk IMO anyhow
