Help Needed Please!
Is there any customer service reps or anyone in general that would be will ing to help Stephen out with his e-mailing issue? I dont really have any of the needed resources to do so, or else I would.
And Stephen.... don't say that Cingular Customer Service has been horrible in all of your experiences. I work for the company and I am trying to help, even though this is a public forum and it is technically not my job. There are people who care.

No they have helped me just about evertime but this one and although this is really not my problem, I mean I can just delete the emails, but I would like Cingular to try and find out why they are emailing someone who is not even a customer with other customers info. I am manily doing this cause if we are getting someone info maybe others are too and maybe some it even getting mine.
