Harvard Education
So I'm going round-and-round with this new migartion cust. His final blue bill was $49.01 and he paid it. If you don't see a problem with that then you did NOT get a Harvard Education. For some reason he insisted that something was wrong and loudly let me know that he was NOT an idiot and had gone to ... well ... you get the idea. Let me see, we send you a bill and you pay it. Yeah, there's something messed up about that. We better look into this. And of course he ended with one of my faves "I'll call back to talk to someone who knows what they are doing."
The way I see it, some people has a limited amount of "brain", and when they pile it all up on one subject in order to become an "expert" this leaves very little left over to do normal...

Yes, he somehow felt that us cashing his check to pay his bill was wrong. He stated that he fully understood that he had a NEW Cingular account and explained in GREAT detail that due to his education he did not need to have that explained to him. At one point he actually said "Why did you cash my check?" And stopped short of blurting out "Because you owed us the money!" Trust me, it was one of those WTF? calls where you think it's some kind of prank call gone wrong.

Kinda Reminds me of the call I had where he couldn't understand whay we were charging him $39.99 plus taxes. This guy yelled at me for "talking down to him" (???) becuase he has two degrees to do with some (ironically) mathematical thing.

LOL- I know what you mean. I have tons of people complain about taxes. Hey- if you don't like it then talk to someone who can actually do something about it ( like your senator, ect ). I have people that are like- " You ( yes it's always little ole' me that regulates everything ) advertise that the plan is $39.99 a month, then charge me and extra $5 in taxes and fees, this is false advertising!!" Um mm, sorry but we live in America and everything is taxed. You buy a house for $200,000 then get taxed $5000 a year- that's not the home seller's fault there is taxes. It's the cost of living here.

yeah, but the unibomber and ted bundy were crazy/smart. this guy is just an idiot. i bet he flunked out of a community college or something. we jokingly call a community college in my area "harvard on the hill". so honestly, what he says means nothing. i'd just give him a coke and a smile and tell him to shut up.
