Cingular Flip Phones
I am looking for the best kind of cingular flip phones, it must have a camera, AOL instant messanger, Polyphonic Ring Tones, Games, and Replaceable Color Covers....Please post the best phone you think there is and tell me why you like it🙂(Remember it must have the above Requirements🙂)

only 1 flip with replaceable covers - SE Z500. Great phone IMO.
(btw, you technically CAN change other faceplates, but they would void your warranty.)

Technically... you are wrong. You can always buy an aftermarket faceplate for almost any phone. Also, keep in mind that the V180 & V220 are designed to have other faceplates... Moto just doesnt manufacture t...

However, the V180 & V220 are designed to have other faceplates. Especially with the V180... For ATTWS, this was a main feature.

i said that, but like i mentioned - doing so voids the warranty on phones that are not designed for faceplate removal

and i forgot about the v180 for faceplate changing - but it doesnt meet the criteria that was asked about initially

sometimes there are seals that get broken, or people leave behind scratches from when they use a screwdriver to pry off the face. not always, but sometimes...

i recommend the motorola v551...has camera, video, ringtones sound really good, and you can change the face plate. and you dont have to scratch them up changing them you can get the little screw driver ...just keep the old cover in case you ever have to exchange it.

I have the LG L1400. Best flip we carry right now in my opinion. I just miss the bluetooth. My HS810 is sitting on my desk useless. Can't wait till the 6230i comes out.
