Clipboards (I know again)
đ Good morning everyone! đ Rise and shine! đ Anyway, my question is are there any COR reps on here that have to use a clipboard, and if there are do you have a copy of the form so that I can use it in my store... No I have that... I was thinking, like two or three years ago, we used to have this little "tick sheet" that we would use to make sure that we covered everything, and then if the customer chose not to et certain things we would let them leave with it then they would have the information later if they decided that they wanted or needed the feature... I don't want to have the walking away with the secret shopper form đ

Ah I see. We just make sure we highlight the brouchure and make them aware of the features. They are all listed on the back side of the brouchures. The smart solutions are RA, VC, Ins, tec then the media is it's own seperate side. I'm sure you know this already. But if your reps just point this out to the customers and make sure they have a brouchure in hand when they leave, that's pretty all they need. Oh plus a few business cards so they call the rep to add any features later then just calling CS.

Yeah, and the criteria is what scares me a bit...
it's the company's way of eliminating a surplus of employees with having to fire them for that reason and be the "bad guy". this way they can fire people for not meeting performance goals and it makes them look better.
