curious rep
Do customers prefer a scripted rep, one who is straight to the point, or someone who they can actually laugh at and joke with?

people can tell when things are scripted... however, people also don't like too many jokes...you have to find a happy medium...and sarcasm is lost over the phone...

I hate it when reps are scripted, it all seems like a joke to me. I like someone who I can talk to straight forward, laugh with and joke with. Not someone who's going to sound like a pre-programmed robot. LOL
