I'm trying to Windows-shop (lolz getit?) on Cingular's site, so I'm going to Shop Cingular -> Phones & PDAs, it brings up the screen asking me for my zip code and if I'm purchasing new or upgrading. I select upgrading, Cingular account, click next, and it brings me to a My Account login screen. I log in, it brings me to My Account. So, I go to Upgrade phone. But my line isn't showing up. The account owner's name is up in the corner, so I know I'm logged in, but the grid for active lines is completely blank. And if I hit Shop Cingular -> Phones & PDAs from there, it brings me back to the zip code screen.
In conclusion... RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHWHATTHEHELLISWRONGWITHTHIST HING

I've had issues with that site since day 1. Like, being logged out every damn minute! 👿
...
Known issue cause by some apparent software upgrade. I had to call into their "retention" department to get the phone at the online special price. More to come on my online "adventure".
