Another complaint
man oh man. i know people have complained that there are some stupid threads on here, but i had to get this off my chest.
WHY IS CUSTOMER SERVICE CLOSED AT 9pm EST?????
i'm here till midnight! what the heck? from 9pm on i turn into customer service, and i don't have any of the tools to be able to assist the customer. i mean, if you're going to make it so we're the only ones open, at least give us all the things we'll need to do our job.

yes... central florida is a different world. Heck -- I was once thrown out of a bar in downtown Orlando along with my friends.. for bringing in my friend's live, mind-reading chicken.

i'm in a call center. we have to stay open until midnight so we can field some of the calls that are coming through from the west coast.
still sucks tho since customer care doesn't have to stay open with us. no help.
