Grrr I wish people would think before they spoke. This customer wanted a cancelled due to non-pay account reinstated I adv her of the fees and that she may have to buy a new sim card and then started the rant above.
P.S. she never did pay the bill. đ

Well the one i just had was the Charter $99.99, 1 line and wanted a blue to blue upgrade, gottold he does not meet our eligibility requirements, and offerd migration, and he mentioned that if he didn;t get a phone ffrom us(blue) he would leave since we are according to him force him off his plan, and when i pointed out that if he left or migrated he would still lose the plan, he ahould migrate to avoid the new start of service fee, which he yellled then hung up. đ đ đ
And if they are, they pay FULL RETAIL price, no discount, no rebate, nothing plus $15.00 upgrade fee and $9.95 shipping,plus taxes of course.He wants a discount since he feels its a violation of the law not to sell him a phone, depsite being told back in nov,2004 as the merger was happening that if wants to upgrade to do it then and he declined since he thought prices were too high then. đ đ
