Error in System Connection??

Ok so CSP sucks and I cant get into primus anymore.

Can anyone tell me what this message means on a gait phone?

Pow cycle verify sim imei etc. Ive never heard of it and I cant figure out anything to do with it.

Thanks but it didn't work. There are no towers down in his area. He has medium-high coverage. I have no idea whats going on with this phone.

it almost sounds like an imei/esn mismatch did you check that yet?

Yeah I checked that too. Im not sure what was going on with it we ended up filing a case. ☹️ I wish I knew what was going on with it though..I had two techs here (former now in manager posistions) who have never heard it either.
