So it seems you are the one of the most helpful and knowledgeable reps on this site so I was wondering if you would be able to help me out in the next couple of days. I am purchasing a Motorola a780 and will need help getting the WAP and MMS settings configured. Would you be able to help me out or do you know anyone who is reputable who can? I am wiery about calling Cingular customer service because this is an advanced phone and I fear that may not want to help me. So if you can help me out in any way that would be great.

WAP and MMS settings are pretty easy to set up as long as you can get into the settings menu. If you want help from a non-Jackie I'll PM you the settings.

I get a three day weekend starting sunday because I'm working at the Colonial PGA tour next week from Wednesday through Sunday. I'm super excited about it, and I'll be working in the data tent for Cingular. I guess that means I'm pretty good with this internet junk, but there are sometimes account errors which I can't fix on my own âšī¸ Oh yes, the proxy settings are a little outside my league right now too. I need to brush up on those.

I can't ever fix them. Everything is provisioned correctly in every system I have access to, the settings in the phone are correct and still nothing. I hate internet on a phone. đĸ đĸ đĸ
