our site and internal RAZRs are silver, ive got a customer thru authorized dealer website is offering BLACK razr phones, will this be available thru our stores? orcan we cselect between black or silver

Actually the dealers who are selling the black version are selling unlocked and unbranded phones. I don't see how they get away with this because if you activate with these people, you do not get a 1yr. from Cingular, it is from Motorola.
If you want to take a risk then it is a good deal plus Motorola is notorious for taking their sweet time for warranty repairs.

Will good point about motorola taking forever on warranty repairs. That is the reason the v600 amd the mpx 220 are gone. Motorola does not fix their issues fast enough. If u buy the black V3 cingular wil replace a defective one through warranty exchnage but it will be a silver one.

No, Cingular will not see the black Razr. They already have the silver one.
Motorola sells the black or silver Razr overseas. (I believe the black one is updated with megapixal camera, and edge.)
