nope, the pc cards, cannot be unlocked, talked to many people on this, sorry!!!!

I spoke with a cingular data tech support guy, and he was of the opinion that it would be unlocked. He seemed less then certain though.

Well cingular sold their stuff before unlocked then recently starting locking them with the ability down the road to unlock them, attws sold their things to be kept locked permenantly!!
