Having been a telemarketer for 5 years before comming into care I can tell you from personal experiance that to most telemarketers t hat it doesnt matter if it a land line a cell phone or whatever they are going to call. Most of the telemarketers buy phone lists and use them they are gotten from alot of sources. They ARE scrubbed against the national do not call list more for the fines they face than nething else. Then if the number is not on the list to them it is free game. Law or not telemarketers will call cell phones. About half of the calls I made when I was selling what I sold was to cell phones.
