question about exchanging simcards

I know lockline is for insurance for a moile phone but if u think your simcard is acting up where do go to exchange it? Can they do this at any cingular store?

To my knowledge, LockLine only covers the equipment, not the SIM.

Depending on what problems you are having (you didn't say how it was "acting up"), it may be worthy of a free replacement. Even if you had to pay for a new SIM, it should still be cheaper than the insurance deductible.
