Anyone ever heard of this third party dealer? I have a customer who ordered a phone from them a month ago and havent gotten yet, but have their first Cingular bill.

No, a telemarketing group, from the sound of it. The customer "won" a free phone.

Sounds like a scam...I've searched around and haven't come up with a thing for that company...even searched it will the better business bureau, but couldn't find anything.
