Was wondering if you could tell me who it is you talk to in Tech. I would like to "pick their brain" if they don't mind. Its to help my team and tech all in one. My team makes cases for EVERYTHING and I know the general ideas behind it but I would like some info from them too. I want to make a lil handout to distribute to my team so they have a little bit of help when creating cases.
