Your MPx220 should be a quad band phone. If its not, you've been swindled. As far as working in WV, it should be fine.

Umm... no. It you go to you connection settings, you can manually set it to dual band, but that would either be 850/1900 or 900/1800. If you bought a MPx220 with two antennas disabled, you've been had. Which I'm certain is not the case... No dual band MPx220's were made, especially in that frequency combination. So, yeah... you should be fine 😁

Whoops... excuse my dyslexia (literally)... Here I am telling you about the 220 when you obviously have the MPx200... and yes, its a dual band. Sorry about this misinformation. As far as WV, I think both 850/1900 MHz are supported there. But, I'm not certain.

If you are using a cingular sim card you can;t change it, the whole point is that the cingular sim cards are built now for ENS phones, and when you use the cingular sim it removes the setting to change it, thats why we tell customers to not use that phone by unlocking it, cuz the service won't get better with a blue phone, and we sure as hell aren't ...
