How to order a phone online
My Account (RAZR): 1500 Minutes
My Son's (RAZR): $9.99 additional
My other son (LG): $9.99 additional
The lady in the store programmed a SIM card with my son's number on it, and activated all three lines, since they were coming over from Sprint. Now, my dilemma, how the heck do I order this phone off of the Cingular web site without selecting a new plan. I have tried logging into the my account section, however, when I press upgrade phone it says my contract has not expired.
Any suggestions?

Easiest way? Either buy online from a trusted source or if you are set buying it from cingular.com you could instead call customer care 1-866-CINGULAR and explain that the representative activated your line and you would like to order the phone with the two year discount. If this proves to be a hassle, a worse case scenario would be cancel the contract for the one line in question and instead order it online.

What you are trying to do is impossible, and the in store rep should have known this. When you order phones on-line your service has to be set up on line. Cingular will not let you get the phones at a discount and have a store set up the service. See the in store rep just got paid on your lines, and she didn't have to supply the phones.
Best thing to do is cancel the port and start all over with Cingular's tel-sales department, or leave it the way it is and get phones from the store that set up service. That might not be a bad idea since you do have a 30 day trial period.
