Cingular's great mysteries

I wanted to start a list of great wonders within our company....feel free to add on.

1) The final release of PTT.
2) The projected roll out date of UTMS
3) The Moto a630 and V635
4) Will Lockline finally insure the RAZR?
5) Will the non-market universal 64K sims actually work in all markets?
6) Does ENS make a difference?
7) Will Cingular complete its spectrum expansion of GSM to cover all of the US by 2005 like my account rep swears by?

That is all I can think of. Maybe some of you techs and call center folks have some good things to add?

Not to the end user - only to the company.

Ok, if ENS is designed to allow the customer to use the strongest tower how does that not benefit the customer?

I have countless issues with roaming on the lesser Western Wireless and Plateau Wireless networks here when a decent T-Mobile network is available. Now that I have an ENS capable phone I always seem to pick up T-Mobile.

Seems like a benefit to me.
