Market area question on Cingular.com

When you enter your zip code for shopping online at cingular.com, on the left side of the screen toward the top of the page, it lists the area your zip code is listed in, even it it's 100 miles from your actual location.

The city it lists, say for example, for my area, it says Cleveland, OH. I'm like 130 miles from Cleveland. Does that mean that the city the site lists is the "market area" in which you are in?

The reason I asked, if that is the market area that I live in, there might be a different provider coming to the area I live in.

Since, when there was Auction 58, the selling of PCS licenses, I seen where the Cleveland market was one of the areas auctioned.

Is there a way to get a map of what areas of the market were auctioned, and what carrier bought up the license?
