Cold Customer Service Guy

I just got off the phone with a Cingular CS guy and his tone was very chilly. I had ordered an additional line for my mother for Mother's Day and she went behind my back and signed up with Verizon. I told her to go ahead and keep Verizon because they are a good carrier and that I would just cancel the add on. When I called, dude got an attitude. You could hear the tension and rudeness in his voice. I tell you what, Cingular needs to get CS reps like this out of the company. I spend $220 per month with them and I think when I talk to someone that they should be a little more friendly. Hell if it was not for the great phone selection without crippled bluetooth and the great coverage, I would have told the guy about his self and visited ...

that stinks..

just remember that not all reps are so unfriendly and unwilling to help.

or maybe he's one of those that probably is not getting paid as much as he should be, but in that case he should probably look for a new job where he would be a little more happy.

Verizon is the same...FYI...not trying to start a war, but I work for one and am a customer of the other...both companies have their problems.

sorry about your experience but let me ask you this do you think that we give a damn if you visit a verizon store ! idle threats leave or stay whichever just don't threaten to term gets you no where
