hmm customer care can do it ! if you get someone that knows what they are doing tell the rep this
tell them to use their upgrade from and instead of doing an upgrade just use the retail price of the phone on the job aid form and thats how cc can sell you a phone i do it all the time

You can buy that phone on aBay for around $350.00 to $375.00, and it will be the same brand new phone that Cingular will sell you for $449.00 plus tax and that could total $500.00, I know this I bought that phone from aBay last week and it was brand new and in a Cingular box unopend. and Cingular will even let you switch your insurance oever to it.

PS I paid 350.00 for mine, and I love it 😁

Why is it such a big deal to go to a store? I would think that you would want to get your phone right away instead of having o go through the troubles and chances of possibly having it lost by a shipper or the inconvenience of activating it? 20 minutes and it would all be over with! Will you please explaine this to me becuase you are not the first that I've heard say that they don't want to go to a store.

I would rather have a root canal than go to the my local Cingular store and here is why, the store is ALWAYS crowded and you have to sign in for everything, I mean even if your just in to buy a new charger or a leather case for you phone you still have to sign in and you my be in there an hour just to buy something simple. And the employees are very rude and hateful. When I signed up with Cingular I did it online just to not have to go in that hell hole. 😈

posibly because u may be in line for hours before u even get to speak with a rep at a retail location. especially in larger markets. u also save a little by setting up over the phone. it shouldnt really matter to retail reps because if the cust has to come in to purchase an accessory or anything u all steal our commisions ne way. 🙄
