Here's a gem for you all
So, these two gentlemen (both of whom were either mentally challenged or had horrific speach impediments, i couldn't tell) came in just a few minutes ago wanting to do a transfer of service because they were told that they could do so over the phone. No biggie, right? WRONG!
so i go to pull up the account in POS-II, and it errors out on me, saying there is a past due balance. The guys informed me that they had shut off the line because one of them had owed money (both lines were in the one guy's account, and the one was paying the other to keep service).
well, after trying to explain that I couldn't do the ToS due to the past balance, the one man went off on me, screaming at me and whatnot saying that the person over the phone had to...

stuff like that is a daily occurrence in my store. i'd be careful with giving copies of notes or reading notes verbatim, they are for internal use only.

it was nothing big...just the past due account number and the balance...stuff they have a legal right to anyway
