Another iPhone 3GS issue...
Today, I updated my phone with the new 4.3 firmware and all of my music and pics were deleted. I know this happened with the 4.2 update and there was a fix for it. I tried that fix for this new update and it didn't work. Anyone know of a fix for this yet?

I hate to say it but I guess you should of backed them up before doing the upgrade. âšī¸

Actually, I did. When I started the sync before doing the upgrade, it popped up a box that asks if you want to do the backup before continuing with the upgrade, and I clicked Yes. Just too weird... đ

Oh, I think backup and sync are two different things. If I remember correctly the same thing happened to me.
Before any upgrade you need to go through and SYNC anything you want to keep, pic, vids, ringtones, etc.
Backup just saves contacts and settings.
