Here's a question...
If you didn't receive a bill for three months would you just not call in and not put anypayment towards the account? I may be crazy but if I didn't receive a bill for three months I might call in to CS and have them atleast give me a balance to pay.

yea I love them.....even after you explain the numerous ways to get the balance ie on line through cus care etc they still blame the company for them not paying their bill.....I have bills every month I know I have to pay them..I do weather I get a bill or not like cable heat lights and oh my god my cell phone bill.....god your right....heres you're sign
