The Samsung P207 is only available through Cingular.com, which means it is also only available by getting a contract. No other department has access to the P207. Not stores, not telesales, or affiliates, or authorized agents. You might try ebay. 🤣

personally I don't really like being called greedy because I won't just sell a phone outright. When we do get phones in, often high end phones come to mall kiosks at 2 or 3 at a time. Personally, I don't sell outright phones unless I have more than 5 in stock. We don't get anything to sell you a phone, so why use inventory when I don't have many and could make a few bucks to put food on my table. Excuse me for wanting to eat. Saying that I am greedy because I prefer to save low stock inventory for a new act or upgrade is just down right rude. Personally, if you want a outright phone, there is always Ebay. And if you think I'm being greedy then call me Ebenezer Scrooge. BAH HUMBUG! End rant.

Obviously you have no idea what the word greedy means.

I read that your response like this

I don't like being called greedy. I don't sell phones outright because I can't make money off it. Sure it's my job, but I can make more money if I give a negative image of my company to this customer and hope another walks in later. Saying that I am greedy because I refuse to do my job so that I can make more money then I would if I had done my job in the first place is not greed. I only wanna do my job if I can profit off of it as much as possible. I'm proud of the fact that I am unwilling to do my job unless I can profit off it.

no no no no if you represent a company and a customer needs a phone and wants to pay cash for it you must do it ! i dont care if you only have 1 and will never get another one you are supposed to assist that customer with their needs ,no say well since you already have a contract and im not going to make money off of it then im not going to sell it to u! that is bullshi*.And that will also get your ability to sell our service jerked away from you ! because i assume that your an authorized dealer because a cor rep would damn sure not pull that crap !
you are the reason why sales reps get a bad name DICK

Hey now BOX... Let's play nice... Because there are times when I have issues with customer service reps not doing what they are supposed, but I don't go off calling names.

Authorized Agents have their own rules. They are a totally separate company, they simply sell for us, and us such, they can decide what they want to sell, and what they don't want to sell. Way of the world bud....get used to it.

That is a selfish but VERY TRUE response... Hell, some of the owners of auth resellers I know still put stock on their personal c/c.

Here is something that makes this easy.

I sell handsets outright for a $40 profit (more if the phone is a newer style or higher demand). I clearly post my prices and sell 5 or 6 a week at this markup. Yes, the COR locations have them for about $20 less but I am also $150 cheaper than Best Buy, Wal-Mart and others. I also do not give the customer any crap if this is their choice.

That $40 represents about what we make on an upgrade, so I still get a return on investment and the customer walks out happy.

And if you have issues keeping those phones in stock then maybe your owner needs to get off their duff and give you enough handsets to sell. If you don't actually sell that many and just want it there "in case" that once a month d...
