Spanish Cust

Is there not an option for a spanish speaking rep in the IVR? Don't come on the phone speaking english and asking to speak to a spanish rep. Just select the spanish option off the top. I feel better now that I've got that off my chest.

I have the same problem, but in english!... I mean, all the f***ing prompts are in ENGLISH and somehow they finish with the Spanish customer care. And they are angry because you answer them in spanish!...anyway
