ARRRGGHHH CAN'T CINGULAR GET BETTER SYSTEMS!!!? (Rant)
I'm an offline cross trained Blue/orange rep processing orders placed through sales. Well I get an order for a new activation requesting an 858 area code. No problem right? Well I have just spent the past hour trying to find a stupid 858 area code number in Telegence!! and of course Cingular decides not to support the reps who have to deal with this. I want my Siebel back... At least it didn't take an hour to do a new activation!! GRRRRRRR 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿 👿

And what makes it even worse is that they expect me to get 3 lines/orders done per hour!! this is my sixth order and it's been 5 hours into my shift!!

I'm still hurting over the lose of my ccnet. and primus still sucks, so they moved everything to CSP, gues who does not have a login for that...

Supposedly CCNet and CSP are "combining" right, just like AT&T and Cingular "combined" 🙄
