The Myth and Reality of the customer first promise

Before any more customer call in and scream bloody murder over the customer first program for legacy blue customers, please read the info that we gave you first.

The reason i bring this up is for a couple of big reasons.I had 4 customers today who do not understand the concept, it was real simple.If you signed up for a contract between the period of Nov,1,2003 and june 15,2004 on a service contract of 2 years SIGNED, on any monthly service price point $39.99 and higher then that would mean you meet the elgibility requirements of the program.

With that being said, you actually needed to sign the contract and have us recieve by the last day offered, if you did not sign it,you do not qualify, if you send it in on time, you not qualify, if...
