Can I just mention how much I hate Cingular's website?

I mean, God. Can't I log in when I actually want to, just once? It's not an unreasonable request. I'm trying to pay my bill here. Let me pay you. You want my money, why won't you take it? C'mon. This is hurting you more than it's hurting me. If I can't pay my bill, hey, it's $60 more than I'd have otherwise.

C'mon.

Just be patient and read the promts carefully. i know this reading the promts thing can be difficult at times, but it really does help. And hey you can always call care and process a payment through them.

Close your browser window, go smoke a cig or do something else for 10min and then try again. if that doesn't work, process through care.

you can always use *pay... if you always pay online the same method will be in *pay and it takes about 1 min to use. really easy
...
