i have an att account/number and the number is a different area than my billing zip code.

ok well, i called to migrate and purchase a new cingular phone, the samsung e317...well apparently, cingular phone sales no longer carries this phone so in order for me to get it, i needed to go into a cingular store and purchase it.

not a problem at all. or so i thought

well i get to the store and theres two problems, 1, i can not use my military/national business/foundation account discount of %39 of equipment. ok fine, i'll pay the $120 vs. the $62 with my discount. the cingular stores dont allow you to use a foundation account discount. ok fine.

Ahhh, man! They ALWAYS do that.
I deal with at least 2-3 customers a day who tried to migrate at a store and the cingular reps just started a whole new account.
