CSR rep not trained, eh?
I just finnished speaking with a woman in the Salem OR region. She lives a few miles out-side of Salem and had just migged a couple of days ago. Apparently she could not mig her number in that area, so the Dealer being helpful phantom churned the customer. The customer goes home and then...duh-duh, her GSM phone does not work. Any guesses as to why?
Well after checking MTi I discovered that there is no GSM service in her area. 😲 None at all, not untill she gets into Salem, about 50 miles from her home. You see the dealer had to pahntom churn her becuase the sytem knew that she would not have service in her area and thus would allow the mig to work.
