Blah Cingular lol

Cingular didnt send me a bill this month in the mail, what could be a reason for that? 😳

You can call in to ask.

They might be pushing eBill so much they're "volunteering" customers for it. 😈 ... or not. We'll probablly just reprint your bill for free or something and be all, "Our bad, G."

Well, its not really a big deal I already payed the bill online, I was just curious. Maybe I was just volunteered! 🤣

Come to think about it I didnt receive one either. I usually pay mine online so its not that big of a deal but they usually send me one anyway.

obviously you are recieving FREE service, why would you think anything else?

next bill call and ask what balance forward means, just kidding, try *bal#(*225#) to get your balance

Haha no Im not one of those moron customers that believes my service is free when if I dont get a bill lol. I already payed my balance online but getting a bill in the mail is a nice reminder and all, I was just wonder what was up 😈

some area's are getting delayed billing. i forget for what reason. it's suppose to pass in the next month or so.

yes and no. anyone who calls in and says got my bill late, will my service be turned off" we are taking care of those and no one will be penalized because of it.

Sure. We do. And if they don't, we'll credit their late fees. Not their fault their bill's all late.

That happened to me a few months ago and for that reason I forgot to pay it on time 👿 .
I was not happy, and good luck getting an answer. I got nowhere, and I work for the company.

In market 35 where I work, we have had a bunch of customers calling or coming in to our store regarding this issue. We called customer service and were told there was a computer error that led to a large number of bills not being sent out. That was last month though, I would assume they had fixed it by now. Or, maybe they just transferred the problem to a different market. That sounds like a vaguely familiar solution....
