Changes in Agent Queue

Has anyone else noticed that when you call in to do "X" to a customers account, the AQ rep tells me that they are no longer doing this service and you need to call CNA? Like CNA needs anything more on their plate. About 1 in every 10 times a call AQ, this happens.

Then I can call right back and the nezt AQ rep help me out. Insinct tells me that I have gotten a hold of a lazy rep. What gives?

Most every call I make also seems to go to regular customer service, rather than agent queue. It's like agent queue has been eliminated.

Yes I know it has been disbanded, however I still call it AQ as I associate the 866-586-0156 number with them, now CS.So might point is now that customer service sometimes wants to punt me off on CNA. You get the point.
