Doh! Someone help, please!
At random times of the day I have been getting my banner switch from Cingular to Inactive SIM. Could this mean my SIM card is like breaking or something? It does away when I turn my phone off and on but its quite inconvenient considering I cant be looking at my phone all the time lol. But if anyone could give me some insight and if maybe I will need to buy a new SIM! THANK YOU!! 😁

🤣 You may want to adjust the SIMS position in the phone, and make sure it is locked securely in place.

The SIM only locks one way, there's no way to adjust it. I have an S710a, it slides into a the little plastic piece then locks in place, I checked it and it was locked and has been. 😕

Um, could be the phone, not as likely as the SIM going south but still possible. Put your SIM into another phone to see if it coughs up the same error message, if it does it's definitely the SIM, if not, could be the phone at fault.

No, it's a Sony Ericsson S710a
