Unlimited PDA Connect plans at $25/month? I just had a guy in that wants a treo 650, with unlimited data, N/W @7 and multiple lines. We both damn near freaked when we saw the unlimited PDA plan. I never keep up with the PDA plans really 'cause we never sell them, but for this big of an account I was planning on making an exception and special ordering for him, but DAMN $45 for unlimited data???

Anybody know if this is gonna change with the rate plans on June 1st? I scoured CSP for as long as the guy would be patient, but couldn't find anything.

It should only be $40 for unlimited on a Treo, the blackberry is $45 because we have to pay licensing to use their service and name.

I doubt it's going to change on June 1, but if it does I'll be on it (since I'm currently paying $40)

I've got no use for a PDA, and after goin thru POS I found it at $40, but that still seems a bit high. Didn't AWS have it for $25...for that matter didn't we at one point? Cingular.com does say $44.99 though...at least it does in my market.

Well here's hopin', I could REALLY use the commission that would come off that guy.

I have no clue was ATTWS had, but we did have a period of time where PDAs could sign up on the media works plan for $19.99.

PDA connect has been $39.99 since it's inception. The $4.99 rate is for stand alone PDA connect w/o a voice plan.

Yes, people could use Media Works for PDA connect but from what I have read they have assigned new IP addresses to that portal and you cannot get HTML web browsing with that option. If he just wants email it should work since MEdia net allows POP3 email access.

Okay, I think cingular is doing some work on the website...it had PDA connect for 44.99, I closed out the site, went back, and it was gone. But I think it's all 44.99. I checked CSP for the billing codes for the 24.99 and they're not in care at all, not even grandfathered.

PDA connect has always been $39.99 for unlimited as an add on for a voice plan, $44.99 as a stand alone plan.

This is based on rates for the North Texas region.

I don't know if csp is selective for different regions, but if you type in PDA into csp, it gives you a description and then job aid for PDA connect, with the billing codes for care that cost 24.99...but like I said before, those codes are no longer available in care...I don't know about telegence though.
