tdma phone in buffalo from kansas not working???
i have a cust in my store his tdma phone is not working ...whenever he makes a call it rings busy any idea...the other 2 lines on the account are ok.

They are integrating the TDMA network in the buffalo and rochester NY, area right now, you may expierience in those areas right now

its funny u mention that because i have a cust from kansas in my store which is in buffalo stating his phone isnt working. could it be the same cust?

i tried everything...got on the phone with after hours..they tried to resendeverything to his phone but since he is out of his area it isnt going to hit his phone. probably was the same cust cant be to many people coming to buffalo
